Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Interns in Facility & Administration who are passionate about learning and eager to contribute. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, support operational excellence, and be part of Strativ’s exciting journey in digital product development.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and arranging team activities that support employee experience and operational excellence.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Support the management of day-to-day operations to ensure workplace efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation within the workplace.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and suppliers, supporting the resolution of issues and the completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to plan, organize, and deliver company events and programs.
  • Assist in overseeing daily office operations, helping to maintain a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Work alongside HR, IT, Account, and Support teams to ensure a productive and well-supported workspace.
  • Contribute to monitoring security, budgets related to employee engagement, and operational requirements.
  • Support adherence to company policies, local labor laws, and workplace safety standards.
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Conduct and analyze employee feedback surveys (e.g., food, services), and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Embrace evolving responsibilities to gain exposure to leadership opportunities, new methodologies, and process improvements.


Requirements:

  • Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest or prior exposure to administrative and operational management (experience in the software or IT industry is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to support budget monitoring and operational processes with attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a proactive and positive mindset

Internship Period: 6 Months. Upon successfully completing your internship, you may be offered a full-time job based on your performance and the availability of a suitable position.


Office Time: 11 am to 07 pm, (5 Days/Week, Monday to Friday)

Employment: Internship - Full-time

Lunch Facility: Fully subsidized meals (Breakfast, Lunch) and snacks

Internship Stipend: 12K

Location: Mirpur-12, Dhaka. This is a full-time internship opportunity where the intern will have to work from the office.

  1. Initial Screening & Interview call to only the shortlisted candidate
  2. Online/Onsite Written Assessment/Group discussion
  3. 2nd Interview (Group work)
  4. HR Interview & Culture Fit
  5. Final HR Discussion 
  6. Documentation & Final Offer
